FEES ON TIME SPENT
The fee charged by Amsellem is set by a fee agreement established between the Lawyer and his client. Depending on the nature of the file, its complexity, and the choice of the parties, a fee may be invoiced for the time spent. The first consultation is free if the client decides to entrust the dispute to the firm, failing which he will be billed for a consultation at the current hourly rate.
PACKAGE FEES
Depending on the nature of the file and its complexity, the client may be offered a flat-rate billing, a fee agreement will be established between the Lawyer and his client on the basis of a negotiated hourly rate.
FEES BASED ON THE RESULT
Depending on the nature of the file, the client and the Lawyer may agree on a fee for results, the terms of which will be set out in a fee agreement. Cabinet AMSELLEM will thus deduct this additional fee from the result obtained when it is definitively fixed.
